Return Window
Upon receiving your order, you will have 14 days to place a return request. Our return policy is effective for 14 days from the date of delivery. Upon delivery if you receive your package damaged, or defective please notify us within 24 hours, if we are notified after this time frame, we will be unable to process your request.
EXCHANGES
We process exchanges if an item is unused, tagged and must be in original packaging. Size charts and dimensions are included in every item. Due to the ever-changing inventory, pricing and differences of sizes you will need to place the order yourself through your account online. If you need help placing the order, we can help you with the new order.
You may not use an expired coupon on your new order, regardless of discount or coupon you received on your original order. You may use any non-expired coupon on your new order.
ELIGIBILITY
Anything that is non-sellable, has any amount of dog hair on it, has been worn, altered, tags removed, original packaging torn or missing, damaged by you or your dog, any sort of smell or stain will be rejected.
You may not return something that is unapproved regardless of the reason. We need to hear from you first. Non approved returns will be refused. You must put the authorization # on the outside of the box when you return the item(s).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for return shipping charges and we are not responsible for any packages received by us that are damaged in transit, or simply do not make it to our facility. We leave it up to you on which courier to use but do recommend something that has tracking. We must receive your return within 15 days of issuing your authorization.
Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. It is your responsibility to order the correct item, size, and color, and to enter your shipping information correctly. Any item that arrives with a different quality or at a different address due to your own error will not qualify for a return.
Please bear in mind that the color of product photos may be slightly different from the actual items due to lighting and monitor display settings.
We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase.
Please note that once made-to-order items are placed, we cannot cancel or change orders. We are here to help in many ways, if you need any assistance, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Please be sure to use the sizing chart on the product's page or call us directly before placing an order for questions regarding sizing. Note that all designers and brands vary in sizing. Returns can be easily alleviated this way.
NOTIFICATION
Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-7 business days to process returns in which we receive them.
All returns are for store credit only. Your return credit will be less than any shipping, coupon, or discount received. We will notify you by email when it’s complete. The email you receive for your Store Credit will have a code. Please input this code in our checkout process. Customer Support is unable to add your store credit manually, we apologize for this inconvenience. We are also unable to refund store credits that have been issued.

Store Credit and Gift Certificates expire after 1 year of issue date.

Online Returns, Cancellations & Shipping Claims
Online Return Policy: No refunds. Select items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an e-gift card only. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on pet beds, carriers, bowls, or housebreaking items such as washable pee pads, panties, and belly bands. Perishable items, customized items, holiday items, sale items, and special order items are final sale. Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, free of dirt and hair, and accompanied by original tags, packaging, and receipt. Items that are dirty, damaged, chewed, or covered in pet hair will be rejected. Returned packages that were not postmarked within 14 days of original delivery date will be rejected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You may use any shipping method of your choice, but please be sure to pack your items carefully and obtain tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Once your returned item has been received, we will issue an e-gift card in the amount of the purchase price of the item(s) to the email address and/or cell phone number listed on your original order. E-gift cards can be redeemed online at any time by entering your unique gift card code at checkout on www.lolitaspetbazaar.com. Please be sure to keep your unique gift card code in a safe place, as e-gift cards are same-as-cash and cannot be replaced.
Order Cancellations: You have the right to may cancel your order at any time PRIOR to shipping by calling 786-320-4210. If your item is a special order or a made to order item, there are no exceptions. Once an order has shipped out, or a custom order has gone into production, no cancellations will be permitted. We will contact you if your item is a made to order item to confirm your final order.
Damaged Claims: Any merchandise that arrives damaged must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Missing items and lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the date of purchase.
